Sandy Point Cruise this Saturday Hi All, We will be cruising to Sandy Point for lunch this Saturday along with the “Western Port Cruising in Company Group” (WCCG) based out of Yaringa. Departing Warneet at 10.30am we will be mustering at Eagle Point at 11.15am to join up with the WCCG, then cruising in company along the western shore line of Western Port to Sandy Pt. Should faster boats get ahead of the fleet we will be mustering again at HMAS Otama (The submarine) to let the group catch up and continue to cruise down to Sandy Pt. Tides: Warneet High: 10.00am Eagle Rock High: 9.35am Tankerton Low: 3.00pm Warneet High: 10.05pm Radio: VHF 73 BYO everything. I will be bringing the small portable BBQ for everyone’s use. We will be taking along the inflatable dinghy to ferry people on and off the beach, should they anchor. WMYC Planning Day this Saturday Hi All, The committee have arranged a planning day this coming Saturday starting at 10am. We will be putting together the clubs sailing and social calendar, this is a great opportunity to put forward your suggestions and ideas for what you’d like to see at the YC. Your idea could that be light bulb moment no ones thought of! Ideas put forward so far. Bar Hours: earlier opens on Friday’s & open on Saturday’s possibly 3-9pm during Day light savings.
